My role was to create clickable prototypes in Axure using the SAP Fiori Template system.

I was sent to customer locations in Spain, Germany, and Netherlands to gather User Requirements via Design Workshops and User Shadowing.

I trained, mentored and managed a team of Junior UX Designers. I worked closely with the international development team to assure their output aligned with approved prototypes.

Working as their first and only inhouse designer. I was brought onboard not only to design all their products, but to advise on best practice and procedures in all things UX/UI.

I worked on all their Web Apps, Marketing Websites, Kiosk interfaces and Mobile Enabled Experiences.

I collaborated with MDs, PMs, Developers and Internal Users during the full life cycle of each product.From Initial Brief, User Journeys & Profiles, Wireframes, Designs, Dev

Working with Deluxe Media to produce User Stories, Site Maps, Wireframes, Designs and Developer specs for a Video Media Management Application.

Designs and UX had to work for industry professionals and be adaptive and flexible enough to work for large format monitors or small tablet/mobile screens.

Also producing Design Guide for BarclayCard Mobile.

My role was to produce graphics, designs, reusable components, specs and user flows for Lloyds Bank’s internal data management online application.

My task was to completely revamp and overhaul an old legacy system they already had.

I was the Senior Product, UI, and Marketing Designer. I working closely with the Managing Director and all heads of departments and involved presenting designs at boardroom meetings.

My main task was to redevelop and modernise askjeeves.com. Alongside this I provided design and guidance for the day-to-day running of the site and its marketing output.

I mentored Junior Designers and helped brainstorm new products and I managed external design resources.

Creating designs for a Tivo App to go on a TV set-top boxes, using Adobe Illustrator and Flash.

I was brought on-board their games design department to troubleshoot a project they had conceptualised but needed fleshing out and sanity checking. The project was an innovative and unusual interface for both web and mobile.

During this period, my role was for an environmental company. My role was to design and build their web site. I worked with the team to produce a design brief, then produced wireframes, then prototypes, then full designs.

Once approved, I went on to build the site in Wordpress and create a theme from scratch. Once this was approved we went ahead and populated the site with content.

My key responsibilities were producing UI designs, concepts and assets for the yell.com and it’s many channels.

My main task was initially a GUI Designer for their online application software. However, my role developed into designing the interfaces, creating icons and building the front-end pages etc.

I was also their brand designer for a number of their products and web sites. I also looked after their print and marketing output as well as looking after logo redesigns and flash demos.

During this period I was the only In-House Graphic Designer for Vodafone’s Strand Office.

I worked for the Marketing team, designing web sites, flash banners, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters and print work.

My initial project was to redesign the product homepage for ZYB (one of Vodafone’s sister companies).

I used focus groups and in-house feedback to create the new ZYB look and feel.  

At Europa Point Ventures I was recruited to design and build Flash online Casino games for the Chinese market. I design, illustrate and build themed slot machines, which include all Chinese translations. I also designed and built the interface for all their games.

My other duties include some web build and mentoring/training other designers.

At Hearst I designed and built their corporate web site and implemented a simple CMS programme (Adobe Contribute). I designed and built everything from scratch, learned Contribute, then briefed the marketing team on how to use it.

Yahoo Poker – online Flash tutorials and quizzes, Blue Square – skinning and developing an online interactive betting form, Deal or No Deal – online flash gambling game based on the TV quiz show, Golden Balls – online flash gambling game based on the TV quiz show, Various Casino Flash Games – conceptualised, designed, and front-end built.

I honed my front-end build and web design skills. Both these roles were for agencies and some of the clients included Westlife, Popworld, Sasha, Whitney Houston, Sclub 7 and Tuskerdirect.

My role at Mubaloo was to analysis a Career Training company’s business logic. And to convert that logic into a workable digital product.

I was placed in this role in Kingston, Jamaica to help a local bank learn about CX and UX Design from an international perspective. I worked within the CX Lab using fortnightly Design Sprints to help conceptualise various strategies to improve the customer experience within the bank – both digital products and business processes were suggested.

I also trained several members of the team how to prototype in Adobe XD.
